By accessing or using RotaLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

RotaLink is an invite-only platform for verified members of professional clubs. Access requires approval from a club administrator. You must provide accurate information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@rotalink.club.

You agree not to:

• Use RotaLink to spam, harass, or harm other members
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract member data
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload false, misleading, or impersonating profile information
• Attempt to bypass the visibility or club membership controls
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without consent

Contact details shared on RotaLink (email, phone) are provided in good faith for professional introductions. You agree not to use other members' contact information for unsolicited commercial communications or to share it outside the platform.

Club administrators are responsible for approving only verified members of their club, maintaining the accuracy of club membership, and handling member data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

You retain ownership of content you post (profile information, board posts). By posting, you grant RotaLink a licence to display this content to other members as part of the platform's operation. We do not claim ownership of your content.

RotaLink is provided as-is during the pilot phase. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Club administrators may remove members from their club at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting hello@rotalink.club.

RotaLink is not liable for the accuracy of member-provided information, the outcome of introductions made through the platform, or any loss arising from reliance on network data.

We may update these terms with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
