Getting started
RotaLink is invite-only — someone in your club has opened the door. Here’s exactly what to expect, start to finish. It takes about two minutes.
First, you’ll need an invite. A personal link or QR code from a member, or the QR code at a club event. There’s no open sign-up — that’s what keeps every member trusted.
Your path in
Tap the personal link a member shared with you, or point your camera at the QR code at a club event. It opens RotaLink and takes you straight to sign-in — no app to download.
TipA link that says it's expired or already used just needs a fresh one — ask the person who invited you.
You’ll sign in through a secure, privatelogin that’s kept separate from your profile. Use the same email your invitation was sent to.
Add your name and club, then a few professional details — your city, profession, company, and what you can help with. This is what fellow members see when they find you.
TipNothing's final — refine everything anytime under Edit profile.
Your request goes to your club’s admins to confirm you belong. You’ll see a short “pending” screen while they review — this is the step that keeps every club genuine.
Find the right person by what they do, see the trusted path to anyone, connect and message your direct contacts, and browse your club, country and district events on the Calendar.
Good to know
No public sign-up. Every member arrives through someone already in the network.
Your contact details are shared with your own club by default — not the whole world.
Complete or update your profile whenever you like — you decide what to share.
Already have an invitation? Sign in with the email it was sent to. No invite yet? Ask a member of your club to send you one.
