RotaLink is a private network intelligence platform operated by 6away. Our registered contact is hello@rotalink.club.

When you create a RotaLink account, we collect:

• Your email address (required for authentication)
• Your name and professional profile information (name, profession, company, expertise)
• Your photo (if uploaded)
• Your contact details (phone, LinkedIn) — visible only to club members
• Your club membership and connections within the network

We do not collect payment information. We do not run advertising.

Your data is used solely to operate the RotaLink network:

• To display your profile to other verified members
• To power the path-finding and search features
• To send authentication emails (magic links, approval notifications)
• To allow your club admin to manage membership

We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

RotaLink uses a strict visibility model:

• Private members — only visible to themselves and members they personally add
• Published members — visible to other published members within the network
• Contact details (email, phone) — only visible to members of the same club

Your club admin can see your profile information for membership management purposes.

RotaLink uses the 6away Engine for semantic search. When you search, your query and relevant member profiles are sent to the Engine for matching. This processing is ephemeral — no data is retained after the request completes, and your data is never used to train AI models.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon on AWS infrastructure in the Singapore region. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Photos are stored in Vercel Blob storage with public read access for display purposes.

Your data is retained for as long as you have an active RotaLink account. If your account is deleted by an admin, your member profile and connections are permanently removed from the database. Backups are retained for 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data (via Edit Profile)
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to processing of your data

RotaLink uses only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
